theory suggests that our 2nd chromosome for INTELLIGENCE was brought
about by the genetic fusion of two chromosomes by a common ancestor of
both humans and chimpanzees, but is this the case? First off, the
the strongest evidence for common descent lies in the human chromosome
2 and its corresponding chromosomes in the chimpanzee, 12 and 13. All
chimpanzees have 24 pairs of chromosomes, while humans have only 23
pairs. The evidence suggests that the chromosomes 12 and 13, which we
see FULLY in modern chimps, fused into the human chromosome 2 after we
diverged from a common ancestor. In fact, this evidence is massive, and
we describe it below. "
to clarify, chromosome 13 fused into the human chromosome arm 2p, and
chromosome 12 fused into the human chromosome arm 2q.)
can be seen to the left, the banding patterns on the human chromosome 2
are identical to the banding patterns of the pieces of chimp
chromosomes 12 and 13 when lined up, as we'd expect them to be in a
chromosome fusion event.
remains of the sequences near the telomeres of the chimpanzee
chromosomes are found in the middle of the human chromosome, as we'd
expect in a fusion event.
see strong evidence of remnants of telomeres in the middle of the human
centromere of the human chromosome 2 aligns with the centromere of the
chimpanzee chromosome 13.
Remnants of the chimp chromosome 12's centromere are found where we'd
expect to find them on the human chromosome 2."
can clearly see that we have exactly indentical DNA in our 2nd
chromosome for intelligence as DNA from a chimpanzee, this is highly
theory, I think the "chimpanzee" DNA (or something like it) was planted
in our DNA to slow us down as a race.
was by a random event which caused this then wouldnt the chances be
against us that we would end up mentally retarded after this event? I
mean this isnt any chromosome we are talking about this is our
chromosome for intelligence, also what are the chances of this
happening on such a wide scale, afterall this random event would have
to happen thousands of times in order to sustain a population, the new
population would have to be not infertile (which is often the case with
people born with more or fewer chromosomes), not be retarded (from the
accidental fusion of chromosomes which affects your brain) and still
have a large enough population in order for speciation to take place
without too much inbreeding taking place resulting in a genetic
bottleneck, afterall inbreeding doesnt affect the children it only
affects the children's, children's children!! (random mutation wouldnt
be fast enough to stop this) we would be walking around with more than
fewer chromosomes thats for sure.
couldn't interbreed with the original population because they have a
different number of chromosomes just remember, and even if they could
and still produce fertile offspring (thats a big if) they would produce
offspring with a different number of chromosomes yet again!? which
leads me to suggest Extraterrestrial manipulation, I mean there is so
many factors at play it almost makes me want to say I give up, god did
it! But that isnt the case either because a god wouldnt be so sloppy
(and wouldnt use primate chromosomes either).
another example of genetic fusion of chromosomes includes the domestic
horse where fusion of Przewalski’s horse chromosomes 23 and 24 to
produce a new chromosome in the domestic horse.
supposed genetic fusion of chromosomes looks to me like a trade mark of
a previous species just being edited to create another one, by taking a
shortcut, by aliens of course.
